Kevadine poekott/Springlike grocery bag

I made a springlike bag with Tyvek leaves. I still like idea of it - bag as a little dress - but construction is wrong. After sewing leaves I tried to iron some adhesive fabric to backside but I shoult do it opposite - ironing first and then application. Then it could be correct. But anyway - its good enough to use as grocery bag.

I am very fashinated about hyperbolic space and all that mathematic theory behind of it. After reading Mariannes blog about that I could´t stop thinking about non-Euclidean geometry:). I recalled all kind of formulas and tried to "materialize" them. About a week ago I took a thread and hook to work with me to "cure" myself during lunchtime. In the heart of flower there is 7 chain stitches and then I crocheted 2 double crochet from each loop because of there is no One without Another:) To complete the piece I added some glassbeads and wirespirals.

Veesinine klaaskvarts ja karneool/Glassquartz and Carnelian

Koostis - paar tahutud veesinist lamedat ruutu läbimõõduga 14mm, mõned ümmargused 6 mm karneoolhelmed, paar veekarva ja mõned hallikad klaashelmed, näpuga teravaid swarowski rombikujulisi kristalle ning üks hea pusa 0,4 ja 0,6 mm vasktraati = rõõm, rõõm, rõõm.
Ingredients - a couple of aquablue faceted retangles 14 mm, some carnelian beads 6 mm, a little bit waterblue and gray blassbeads, some spicy 4 mm bicone crystals and a a lots of wire = joy, joy, joy.

Noro Silk Garden

Alla Borissovna sai endale uue vesti, Noro Silk Garden lõngast. Väga mõnus on seda kududa, lõngakeerd on kohe kuidagi teistsugune, käe järgi. Lõnga kulus 3 tokki, vardad 4,5, muster Tiina Meeri Kudumisõpetuse 1. raamatust.

Lopsakas/buxom

Lopsakas - see on selline sõna, mida võib ühest põsest teise lükata nagu karamellkommi.
Hirmus tahtmine on helmeid osta, kuid enne peaks sahtlites-karpides veidi ruumi tegema. Soovija saatku meil.

A word buxom sounds in estonian as a candy to me.
I want to buy new beads but there is no free space in my craftboxes. So I made some rich necklaces with wooden, porcelain and glassbeads.
The necklace is quite tight around the neck but I like it that way very much.
If you want to buy it, write a mail, please.

Sõrmustepadi vol 4/Wedding Ring Pillow

Jällegi üks romantiline sõrmustepadi. Kuigi padjaks on teda vist raske nimetada. Roos on roos on roos.

Once again one romantic Wedding Ring Pillow. Although it is hard to name it to pillow. Rose is rose is rose. As an example I got a photo of pillow with rose made from tulle. I started from ironing some Angelina to the both side of edge of petals. In the beginning I tried to make a compleat blossom but I couldnt figure out the fixing technique. Then I saw Jane Rodgers´s work named Corset in Flora in one magazine and I nicked an idea how to add a volume to petals. And here the bloom is in its full brightness, a pedicle was made from wire and wrapped with tulle. As thorns I stitshed some creamy seedbeads - meaning - the thorns of marriage would be more like glassbeads. And to petals I fixed 7 glasspearls to add some magic of numerology...

Together

Fotograafia on mu ammune armastus.
Need siin on esimesed katsetused akrüülmeediumiga. Fotodeks on kortermaja pildid mingi ajalehe kinnisvararubriigist. Tulid hoopis prossid, niimoodi koos kandmiseks.

Photography is my love for many years now. Especially I like image transfer to the different kind of material because of surface. It creates different kind of value and it is also touchable. Here are my first pieces with acrylic medium. I used photos from newspaper and later I added some stitsching to cover holes. And then little bit more stitsching to compleate the composition. The transferred image is covered with matt varnish. I wanted use them as earring but it didnt work. So they became a pair of brooches.

Necklace with No Name

I thougt to try bloging in english, too. Good practice for me and good mood for you. Because of my poor english. But anyway, here is a start.

This necklace is made from Tyvek. It is a brand of flashpun high-density polyethylene fibres, a synthetic material; the name is a registered trademark of DuPont. The material is very strong; it is difficult to tear but can easily be cut with scissors or any other sharp object. It hates heat. It will not begin to shrink until the temperature reaches (118 C) or melt until (135 C). Very interesting textures and effects can be achieved by heating, manipulating and distressing this versatile product!
This necklace is made from two pieces of Tyvek united with fire polished glass and seed beads. I also used quite a lot of stitching in it to add different texture. I can't never get enought of surfaces and textures.
